While tutoring a grade 10 in English, on Julius Ceasar by Shakespear:

Her: Wow, you know a lot about this play.  Have you read it before?
Me: No, I've studied Roman and Egyptian history from this time period.
Her: Wait, Ceasar was a real guy!?!*

*This is why I cry myself to sleep at night during tutoring season.

Tutoring fail 1

While tutoring a grade 10 student in History, she told me:

"You know, I'm really not liking this Hitler dude."

There - she just saved you the trouble of reading Mein Kampf.
